These nifty silverware pen caps would be perfect for someone like me who has to eat at least 2 meals a day at the office. The idea of using these things has got me so amped up that I just used the word “Nifty” in a sentence without trying to be ironic. Have you ever tried to scoop peanut butter out of the jar with a flimsy plastic knife? It’s almost impossible.I have an unhealthy habit of chewing the ends of my pens anyway, so this product seems perfect for me! At least now I can get some nourishment.

Well, those are nifty! Though they're definitely a novelty item, I could actually see using them at work. It would cut down on the use of plastic cutlery from takeout, so they're kind of eco-friendly too!
I actually think they are a poorly thought out design.
1) The pen could explode in your mouth or on your food.
2) Food scraps and your spit/ germs would stay on them and on your pen.
Gross!
