Not healthy to boil your food in a plastic bag, the toxins from the plastic will leech into your food.
Use the the old school pan method and live long with less likelihood of cancer :)

I usually just toss all my omlette ingredients into the pan with the eggs and then put the pan in the oven for 15 mins. Kind of falls under a frittatta but its served in one piece. ::shrug:: or Im just too lazy to flip an egg.
